SQLite Viewer

Open SQLite databases locally with a free read-only browser viewer. Pick a table, page through rows, search, sort and export the current page without uploading.

SQLite databases combine tables and records in a single file. This viewer uses sql.js WebAssembly on your device to inspect ordinary user tables in .sqlite, .sqlite3 and .db files. It does not connect to a database server.

How to use the SQLite Viewer

Choose a SQLite database, pick a user table and browse its rows. Search or filter bounded cell text, sort columns and export the current page as CSV. Close the file to release its local database worker.

What the SQLite Viewer supports

Read-only user table picker, column types, row counts, search, filter, sort and current-page CSV export. BLOB values show byte counts.

File limits and compatibility

100 MiB input; at most 100 user tables and 100 columns per selected table. Pages contain 100 rows. Text cells are clipped to 2,000 characters before display and search. No SQL workbench, writes, encryption, WAL sidecars or extension loading. Views and FTS may fail.

Expanded content can reach browser limits before the input limit. If opening fails, try a smaller supported file. No cloud fallback is used. This viewer is free and requires no account.

SQLite Viewer FAQ

Can I open SQLite without uploading my database?

Yes. sql.js runs locally in a worker. Only the matching site-hosted WebAssembly asset is downloaded; database bytes stay in this tab.

Can I edit tables or run SQL?

No. This is a read-only table browser. No SQL editor, writes, server connections or extension loading are offered.

Why are BLOBs or recent rows missing?

BLOBs show byte counts, text is clipped to 2,000 characters, and search uses clipped text. Open a checkpointed standalone database: WAL sidecars, encryption, views and specialized extensions are unsupported.
